My problem is that I cannot tell how much is in my radiator. My car is older, 2002 Honda Civic, and since the weather was getting hotter, i assumed I may need more fluid. So I put antifreeze mix in until I could see water at the top, ( 1 & 1/2 )cup but I have no indicator. Still not sure if it was ok or too much. But I also filled the windshield washer tank. But later when I drove my car, the check engine light is on, but don't know why.

Check hybrid system appeared on my 07 Camry hybrid. The car would move on electric alone, gas engine was not kicking on. We had a diagnostic performed and codes were recorded and cleared. No codes popped back up Now there is a check vsc system and Check hybrid system and the car no longer moves. Have you seen this problem? Any help is appreciated. Email? Thanks. Our guy said it might be generator position sensor.

Can someone explain why they have to be balanced? Is it just so they can be individually load tested? I have checked all 28 cells and they are (on average 7.75). The rain water from the windscreen drains through tubes to underneath the car, why does it not drain rain into the washer bottle

I doubt if windshield washer solution makers bother to put in anti corrosion chemicals in their product.... It's just too cheap a product to add in such chemicals....

What role does the battery play in the Nissan epower? does the engine charge the battery if car is idling? Or is the battery only for capturing regen energy/engine starts? Does the engine shutoff when idling ie. in a traffic jam? Can it be used without the engine (battery powered only) for a short amount of time? Or must the engine always be on at all times for it to move at all?
